Will it work with my board?
Almost certainly. We connect to nearly every board and MLS system in Canada outside Quebec, including TRREB, REBGV, FVREB, CREB, EREB, ITSO and VIVA, on Pillar 9, Bridge Interactive and CREA's DDF. Tell us your board and we will confirm it before you set anything up.
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. There is no credit card, and IDX feed integration is included, so there is no separate feed fee. The free plan runs on an Avenue address. The paid plans add your own domain and the option of our team doing the work for you.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on any paid plan. The free plan runs on an Avenue subdomain, and you can move a custom domain across whenever you upgrade.
What happens to leads that come through the site?
They land in your Avenue account along with the listings they viewed and the searches they saved, so you know what someone is looking for before you call them.
How long does it take to launch?
The site goes up the same day. Your listings appear once we have approved your MLS connection, which can happen within the hour.
Is this a website builder, or do you build it for me?
Either way works. You can build and change your real estate website yourself in the Avenue website builder, or our team can build it and keep it updated for you.
